If you are not satisfied with our product, you can exchange it for another product of equal or greater value (paying the difference in advance and as long as the product to be exchanged has not been recorded) in the following ways:

Post Office: You can send your product to R. Castiglioni 2235 (Barrio Jacaranda) - Rincón de Milberg - Tigre (1648) as it was received and in perfect conditions. Once received, we will resend the product you want as long as it is available to the address you send. Shipping and return at buyer's expense. Returns can only be made within 15 days of purchase.
We remember that engraved products DO NOT have exchanges or returns.
Clarification: The color of the leather may vary depending on its batch. We use vegetable-tanned cowhide because we choose to take care of the planet although sometimes they present minimal irregularities in their shapes, texture, engravings, etc. We are talking about the natural characteristics of the raw material.
