Chief Roll is our elite knife holder designed for secure transport and convenient deployment of your chef's tools.
It features 9 compartments arranged as follows: 2 large knives, 4 medium knives, or other chef's utensils, and 3 small knives.
Equipped with a leather case with YKK zipper for storing smaller tools and a special loop for the sharpening rod.
It has two leather flaps to protect the blades, and to close it, you simply roll the vegetable-tanned leather straps and adjust them with the buckle.
Measurements: Open Roll: 50 cm long x 39 cm high.
Closed: approximately 8 cm wide (rolled) x 39 cm high.
